Appropriate nutrition is crucial for the human body and brain to function optimally!
We are met with so many food choices and temptations every single day. There are hundreds of diets and ads on how to achieve the perfect body, how to become healthier or how to lose weight. However, they rarely work.
As a clinical nutritionist, I work from a scientifically evidence based perspective. I do not believe in diets, fads or quick fixes, but rather long-term lifestyle changes, with tailor made solutions suitable for you and your life. There is no “one size fits all”!
My nutritional path started at University of Roehampton London where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Health. Next, my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition was conducted and completed at the University of Copenhagen. I specialised in obesity, overweight, bariatric surgery and weight loss, but I do also have a depth of experiences advising on gut health issues, Diabetes Type 1 and 2, eating disorders and lifestyle changes. As of 2020, I started a diploma through the Olympic Committee (IOC) in Sports Nutrition.
